Terms of Service & Conditions
Introduction
These Terms govern participation in the Trust Bitcoin Ecosystem, including use of the DAO, TBC tokens, non-custodial wallet, referral programs, and tourism rewards. By engaging, you accept these Terms.
Nature of Services
- Trust Bitcoin provides blockchain infrastructure, DAO governance, and community reward programs
- The Company does not provide exchange, custodial, or investment services.
- TBC is a utility/governance token, not equity or securities.
Tokenomics & Distribution
- Total Supply: 21M TBC (phased smart contract distribution).
- Phases locked sequentially; new phase opens only after prior completes.
- Sale Bids are executed via FIFO smart contract queue.
- Promoted Sales allow 20% early sales per new round for active promoters.
- 100% of inflows redistributed to community (sellers, referrals, tourism rewards).
DAO Governance
- • DAO is structured as a Wyoming DAO LLC.
- • Token holders vote; smart contracts execute automatically.
- • DAO decisions are binding once executed on-chain.
Compliance
- • Participants must complete KYC/AML/CFT checks.
- • Residents of FATF blacklisted or sanctioned jurisdictions are prohibited.
- • Transactions over USD 10,000 may require Enhanced Due Diligence.
Limitation of Liability
- • Participation is at your own risk.
- • The Company shall not be liable for blockchain volatility, smart contract bugs, or third-party provider issues.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States.
KYC / AML / CFT Policy
- • All participants must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) checks:
- Government ID
- Proof of Address
- Wallet Address
- • Enhanced Due Diligence applies for high-value transactions (>USD 10,000) or high-risk jurisdictions.
- • Prohibited users: sanctioned persons, FATF high-risk countries, illegal activity.
- • Data retained securely for 7 years.
- • Suspicious transactions may be reported to regulators (FinCEN, DMCC/VARA).
Privacy & Data Protection
- • Data collected: ID, address, wallet, contact info, source of funds.
- • Purpose: compliance with AML/CFT, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting.
- • Retention: minimum 7 years.
- • Storage: encrypted, access-restricted, off-chain.
- • Sharing: only with regulators, licensed KYC providers, and banking partners.
- • User rights: access, correction, deletion (subject to legal limits).

Risk Disclosure Statement
